HORRIBLE
I use this app for work and it constabtly freezes and is unresponsive. I often have to sit around and wait for it to work again just so I can get through the day.
Improved
The previous version had glitches. This one is improved. These guys continue to work on the app to make it the best out there.

download it to the phone and not allow me to access, does not work
Very user friendly!
We moved over from ServSuite's handhelds which made it an easy transition. Our techs love the efficiency and clients are very impressed with the functionality. I'm looking forward to future functions that support sales as well.
