We are so happy with GorillaDesk! Communication with customer support is always amazing. Our only issue is that sometimes the app glitches but what app doesn’t. I love the invoicing and scheduling.Don’t restart servers when we’re working.
Server restart in middle of work day. Restart severs at night when no one is using them not in the middle of the day when we need them the most. I get that you need to do server maintenance, but do it when it’s least busy, not when it’s busiest when people rely on it for their livelihood's the most. I’ll gladly remove this review once the team acknowledges this issue and will prevent it from happening again as it’s causing major disruptions and loss of revenue in real-time.Show lessThe only issue is….
The person responsible for the latest update had better thank the good Lord above, I’m not a spiteful person. I’ve used this app over a year now. In the whole year I’ve never had an issue. Until the last update. Whoever had the idea to change the location of the “completed” button, and the “cancel” button should just retire. Don’t quite, don’t look for another job doing what you do. Just retire. That was THE dumbest move I’ve ever seen anyone make, much less have someone sign off on it being a good move. Just leave the work force altogether and NEVER do this job again.
