  • Runs our business!

    We are so happy with GorillaDesk! Communication with customer support is always amazing. Our only issue is that sometimes the app glitches but what app doesn’t. I love the invoicing and scheduling.
  • Don’t restart servers when we’re working.

    Server restart in middle of work day. Restart severs at night when no one is using them not in the middle of the day when we need them the most. I get that you need to do server maintenance, but do it when it’s least busy, not when it’s busiest when people rely on it for their livelihood's the most. I’ll gladly remove this review once the team acknowledges this issue and will prevent it from happening again as it’s causing major disruptions and loss of revenue in real-time.

  • The only issue is….

    The person responsible for the latest update had better thank the good Lord above, I’m not a spiteful person. I’ve used this app over a year now. In the whole year I’ve never had an issue. Until the last update. Whoever had the idea to change the location of the “completed” button, and the “cancel” button should just retire. Don’t quite, don’t look for another job doing what you do. Just retire. That was THE dumbest move I’ve ever seen anyone make, much less have someone sign off on it being a good move. Just leave the work force altogether and NEVER do this job again. Thank you.

  • Ok app but it’s $us not country where you buy

    Nothing I can find says the invoice paid is in US dollars. I bought in Aus and charged $73 for a $49 plan.
  • Awesome app

    I have used Gorilla Desk since 2015 first time with a company I was working with, then in 2020 I went on my own and opened an irrigation company. What I love about this app is the adapting capabilities and the support staff are always there to help you. If you don’t know how to do something, they are there to help you and teach you . All apps have flaws and glitches . There is no way I could run my business without this app !

  • Easy to use but malfunctions often

    I really do like this app, however, anytime, I type out a long report I have to do it over again because the network connections fail. Very frustrating as I have to remember what I typed in my report and type it all over again.

    I have been with GD for 7-8 years. They have never let me down. Yes, there are issues from time to time, but try sales force for a day and you will see real issues. Everyone at GD has always been responsive and professional and I for one am very grateful.

    I've been with GorillaDesk for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier. The price point, its ability to scale with growth, and how intuitive the interface is, both in the app and on desktop, are remarkable. My Department of Agriculture loves my documentation, customers love my invoicing, and I don’t have a single piece of paper on my desk. If you’re just starting out or are an owner-operator like myself, GorillaDesk is a game-changer.

  • Unsure

    Had 3 separate calls scheduled for this platform that did not work out and was told we scheduled for a time that was not even agreed to via email. Not a big deal but I wanted to make sure moving forward we would not have an issue getting ahold of someone if we were having system errors or platform problems. Chris the CEO seemed to not be concerned about any new clients as he stated we were not a good fit all because he could not be on top of his scheduling. Hope the program is great for the current and future users, I’m just not impressed with the customer service and help side, and running a business I need to be able to work with a company that will not bring more headaches to my plate.

  • Once you upload some documents won’t work to retire

    Good luck retrieving some pictures or old documents, if you don’t have it saved somewhere else beside gorilla desk they are lost forever. And if they are important contracts that’s bad for the business. I reached out the them and they told me they will submit the info further to investigate and they “will keep they best to keep me updated “ like this doesn’t matter.
    Time to pay a little extra and move to pest pac. Big mistake for me.
    The message below it was the email from their dept: “ Hi, I apologize that I wasn't able to get back to you on this yesterday. We appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention. I have collected and documented all the relevant information the team needs to move it toward a proper resolution. For now I will be closing this chat. You will be updated in the future when a resolution to this ticket has been provided by the development team. I will try my best to keep you updated. Appreciate you - Carla”
