Unnecessary in-app updates
The updates that they seem to have us do in-app, seem to make the app worse. It makes no sense. I’ll be messaging my customers through the app. They will have an update, then I won’t be able to use the messaging featureTwitch user
Just Brilliant
This app is truly amazing I’ve tried just about every app I can find and none of them come close to this one. Ease of set up 10/10 Customer service 10/10 Having the ability to automate reminders to customers is priceless, automate 3 requests to a client for their annual inspection, automate 3 requests for a review. Every single task in this app from adding a client, to scheduling their job to invoicing them it’s child’s play it really is! I’ve been using this app year past in May. This app is not the cheapest out there but it’s by far the very best it’s loaded with brilliant features.Show lessMug a bug

Good software for business
I love everything about GorillaDesk. helps me pest control business run smoothly. My only complaints are that the pre-made contracts are worthless as they are all state specific terms and guarantee the customer a full refund if not happy. It’s $100 per contract for a custom one. I would have hoped to have atleast some free contracts that aren’t for Georgia or Texas only.Show lessjake7274
2022 Data loss!
Gorilla Desk had a recent data loss event between March - April 2022. Lost multiple contract signatures, Photo ID’s, photos of state reports and multiple important photos we stored on file. We are now struggling to go backwards to fix this costly server error. Gorilla Desk take zero responsibility and hides behinds it terms.
They came back and said no refund or discount as this is in their terms. This is not the first time we have found data integrity to be an issue. This has happened multiple times and we have lost customer yard access codes, gate codes, important notes for our Techs to be able to operate day to day.
Management wont reach out directly to talk and has his wife send emails weeks later. Only time you'll get to talk to someone in management or sales is when your signing up. After that your handed over to the help desk. If you have an issue after you sign up and its their fault; your on your own and no support or even a few dollars off to show their support for the hours we will have to go backwards and fix this.
Help desk has their hands tied and can only do so much. Help desk team is great for the most part. Unfortunately for them they have to deal with a system that is becoming worse as it evolves. You fix one issue and another one pops up. Wish we could just use the original version without these “upgrades” that take the system down on a Monday morning.
Overall good software with data breach/loss issues and management refuses to accept any responsibility for the problems they are causing.Show lessChris Moreschi

Always has issues
In the field the app doesn’t work. Can’t check in, Check out, always asking me to log back in. Could you imagine working and your software doesn’t work. Well that’s the case here. I can’t workSPMSWFL
