Let ppl copy txt in app so they can translate it
The app only offers Dutch language, which is inconvenient but understandable. Considering that’s it’s available in global App Store, it is still strange that there is no support English - the current universal language. However what’s stranger, is that it is impossible to copy any text in the app, ie user cannot use other tools to get the information. The app provides official government information and advice. Govt pushes ppl towards the app for information. It is not written in trivial language, so unless user is fluent it is not possible to understand the content. Pretty short sighted usability to prevent users from being able to copy text so that they can interpret the official information.

Terrible app crashes
This app locks up and crashes, with every push notification or update on Covid status changes. It obviously is just as bad as NL ALERT, which must have been developed by the same incompetent people.

Extremely slow.
Extremely useful but the slowest app on my phone. Can’t understand how come retrieving information from the web can take this much time.
