Amazing content library but very difficult to search and navigate
The content library is huge and obviously fantastic, but unfortunately it is very difficult to access due to the poor layout and search functionality. For example, I am trying to make my way through the “25 greatest fights” series which flashed up on the front page one day. Once I finish an episode, there is no way to continue or easily navigate to the next episode. I have to manually open the search function, search for “25 greatest fights” (“greatest fights” doesn’t return episodes), remember which episode I am up to as there is no indication of previously watched, and hopefully select the right one.
The functionality of remembering where in the video you are is also temperamental, and on multiple occasions I have pressed pause, only to return and find that I have to reload the video and it starts from the beginning.
Hopefully these areas can be improved.

UFC UPDATED?
I’m a big fan of the UFC but the app is very mid.
If you could add in something were when I go to athletes then a-z if I could search up a fighter instead of having to find then by last name. I don’t know if any one who can make that happen will see this but that would be a good start on making the app better.

I paid for a yearly subscription And lost my money
My subscription continuously always doesn’t work it always has a little lock screen and the content even though I am clearly paying and clearly a member.
My monthly subscriptions continually done this and continually always wanted me to resubscribe even though I was already subscribed so I bought a yearly subscription and it never worked it took my money and never gave me anything back in return I reported it to Apple and nothing was done about it.
I have lost hundreds of dollars on this app and I’m not happy as I’m a huge fan of the UFC but often cannot watch it because of the app not working for me. The app is clearly dodgy and I feel completely ripped off

Not worth it
I find this app super hard to navigate through and see what you want to watch, a lot of fights you can watch early prelims but not prelims or fight nights, for me it was a waste of money. This will be my last subscription.
Great, but could be better
Been trying to watch the entirety of the ufc library in order to better understand MMA as a whole, the ufc is great but their app could function better. The history tab often doesnt always update properly so you you have to remember where you left off just in case the app forgets to update. I also feel like the fight library is set up in a way thats clunky and just not very intuitive. It should be restructured as a vertical list as opposed to horizontal, and each fight in a given year should list all the fighters on the card not just the main event fighters to increase browse-ability

Won’t let me download anything
It will not let me download any fights.

Don’t ever waste your money on this or paying for a main card through it. I just renewed my subscription and ordered the ppv for UFC 287. Got to the end of the co-main event. And it just stopped working.
Then I contacted support only to wait almost 30mins in the que just to get disconnected and sent from 1st (on first contacting support I was 22nd) in the que, back to 12th. Then on getting back to 1st, support just left the chat instead of assisting me.

Awesome Value
If you like combat sports you’ll love the UFC app ( FightPass). You get the massive archived database of UFC fights going back to UFC 1, plus other fight leagues like Cage Fury, Titan, Invicta, and classic MMA like WEC and Pride. You can search by fighter name and pull all their fights. Plus you get combat grappling like SUG, and shows like DWCS. The price is so cheap. There is so much stuff crammed on this app you’re crazy not to get it!! It’s great on your phone when you’re at some boring dinner party or kids extracurricular events, you can tune it out and tune the UFC in!!! Get this App …..

Fight fans dream
As a fight fan for over 40 years I must say the fight pass app is top notch when it comes to amount of quality fights to watch. It goes back to the first ever ufc and has every single numbered event and almost all of the ufc fight nights and that’s more than you could watch but it also has loads of other organisations too. No ufc this week as we wait for ufc 280 but that’s ok I just watched cffc 113 on fight pass. If you like watching fights then get this app. It also has tv programmes about the fighters and every tuf season and loads more. Honestly if your really into your combat sports I cannot recommend it enough. I got a year sub with 60% off in a sale and now I’ve had it a good while I would pay full price no problem. The only downside is having to wait 48 hrs after the event to see the main card on a show but that’s not a problem for me. I don’t mind as I watch the early pre lims and the prelims live on the app and I watch the main card on Monday night/Tuesday morning. If you can get over that aspect you’ll love this app and if you can’t then your probably going to love it anyway there’s so much stuff on there. I feel like the ufc should be giving me a job in advertising haha. Seriously though hardcore and casuals alike it’s a great app.

Just reported bug fix
Wow and I thought it be simple in my own room to watch on device, easy as pie I thought night before purchasing the subscription just to catch and event called Venator, then when it froze due to my purchase date being pushed around to 10/11 that 3 days past the event, and its still day of event, thats why it cut off! Not worth nothing when that happens. It supposed to play seeminglessly then charge me on 11/08 or 11/07, because my transaction date should be pushed back a day at most not three days and I want my money back on 10/08 not caring of its a 2 night event and that title fight was soon when freezes occurred on 10/08.
