No part of this app actually works
I was using the customer support chat option. The bot couldn’t help me, so I selected “chat with an agent”, the system then issued a pop up saying it was outside operating hours, and locked the chat. The next day when I tried to the chat again during operating hours, the chat was still locked. So I reinstalled the app, now it won’t let me log-in too many attempts on my first go. This app has so many issues. “Contact Support for quick assistance” is a joke - they give an email address and option to chat with a useless bot - I don’t know how they could write that with a straight face
Customs Forms don’t allow for any other ID than the National ID - so I’ve had to have several chats and emails with Customer Service to add my Passport, you never know who is actually going to resolve the issue.
Now I’m trying to have the package delivered and it will not accept either of the two addresses I’ve added before. And when I select Chat with Customer Service it says Access Denied. Is there any part of this process that works? When I manually start a chat with the bot, it directed me to WhatsApp after clicking through to set the delivery address it gave me three options to have the package delivered: WhatsApp location, National Address, and Google Map - none of these worked. So I’m not initiating another “chat with an agent” via the bot to see if I can have them manually add it
