2024 April EventBoard App iOS Product Release Amenities Alphabetical Order Enhancement The amenitites now display in alphabetical order. Room is not reservable Message Enhancement When a room has the setting “Allow Reservations” set to off, this will gray out the room on the floor plan and now if the user taps the room a popup will display with the message “Room is not reservable. Your organization has disbaled booking for this room”. No Wi-Fi Icon Enhancement No Wi-Fi icon will be updated to a new icon and the message displays “No internet connection. Connect the device to the internet to access the application”. General Maintenance We did some maintenance behind the scenes to keep the engine running smoothly.

Disable Select Room Option Enhancement When the “Allow to book other spaces” setting is turned off, then in the New Event screen the “Select Room” option will be disabled. Room is not Reservable Pop-up Enhancement When the “Allow other space” setting is turned off, then in the Room Information screen the ability to book other spaces than the one where the device is attached is not allowed. The message “Room is not reservable. Your organization has disabled booking this room.” displays. General Maintenance From the Main screen, when you tap the Map button, now, the floor plan loads seamlessly. When you created ad-hoc event, the app restarted so we have fixed this and now the ad hoc event is created and displays. The Confirmation window was disappearing; we have fixed this so it will appear.
