Great until you integrate with Eventbrite
I had 3 extreme challenges.
1. EVENTBRITE integration ONLY brings in the primary registrant. If employee get 2tickets only ticket #1 comes thru integration. Our holiday party had 88 people missing tickets in envoy due this this.
2. No tech support AT ALL on Saturdays!!!! Our holiday party was the weekend and my dashboard failed and no one could help until Sunday afternoon! UNREAL! We lost so much data.
3. You must integrate with Eventbrite BEFORE YOU SELL YOUR FIRST TICKET! If you connect after you’ve sold tickets all tickets free or paid do not integrate. WHY NOT?? They still never gave me a reason but I put a feature request months ago. No update . I missed 3 days of sales and was told why my sync numbers were off. I had to figure it out myself
