Just up and stopped working one day. I closed my account and went to Wells Fargo because of this. Do not give FCB your time or money.

After being with 2 prior “big” banking companies in the last 25 years it has been a relief and great experience so far to switch to a local business that treats you and makes you feel like you have known them forever.
Eclectic, Alabama branch particularly is fantastic and has given me the answers I needed and asked for immediately.
Although life has thrown me a “curveball”, I know no matter what road I choose I will continue to do business with this bank if that option is still available.

We can’t always get to the bank because we live 30 minutes away from town. This app has really come in handy for us a lot.
