It is a great game indeed. I'm just going to put out that when you are in loading to proceed playing, when you tab fire, it actually fires in the loading BUT I thought it was just a sound to play with but in really it takes off my in game bullets. I wish it still have shooting sound on loading without taking my in game ammo. Overall great game.

  • Great game needs improvements

First of all, this game is very fun to play. Initially, it seems as if it's a perfect game, but upon playing it I realized it needs some updates. First, I'm not sure if you get coins for killing zombies or just for distance ran. That needs to be clarified and it would be nice if when you killed a zombie a "+5" appeared quickly before vanishing to let the player know how many coins he got for killing each zombie. Also, missions need to be added. Missions, or challenges, are essential to keeping any "runner" interesting. Just simple challenges like "run 2,000 meters" or "kill 3 yellow zombies in one run". Lastly, the game does not keep track of high score, longest distance ran, or how many zombies have been killed (total or per game) and this is also essential to keep a player interested in a runner. Other than these, and a few other minor problems, this game is unique, fun, and addicting.

  • Simple, yet addicting!

As you run down the street gaining coins, ammo, health and special abilities, you can only choose to turn right or left. You gain gold to buy new weapons an upgrades to weapons along with ammo and specials. The graphics are okay and seem like something played on the Nintendo DS. However, this game can provide hours of entertainment with its addiction.

  • Good. Game.

Fun time killer. I gave it four stars cause I am not a fan of the control choices, tilting is not responsive enough and I cannot figure out the tap controls on the bottom of the screen. Needs a slide control!!!! Where the runner follows where you touch and slide from side to side and runs to where you tap on the screen. Change that you get 5 stars

  • Very nice😉👌👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I love this game it's a nice pick up & play game with some challenge & depth. Not going to lie cover your ears kids, it's a nice bathroom game as well. Can't wait for future upgrades for us fans. If you play your cards right listen to us fans & make our dreams come true you can out pass Gun Bro's & then the all mighty Angry Birds.... I just ask to keep the money when we continue so we can add it together with the next time we play, instead of starting us from 0 when we restart. Awesome game I told my friends & they got it & love the game keep up the good work & listen to our request..

  • •*• The Idea •*•

My opinion of this game is phenomenal, beyond my wildest expectations. To include to that it and how it did have its downsides but you have fixed all of them.. But I have an idea.. What if you were able to bunker down in a house and fortify it, go outside and gather material to build up your house. Now I have played games similar to what I have just described, and most if the time it takes for ever to find material or it is just guarded by the gods of zombies who will look at you and then devour your soul. I mean look around most places have scrap wood or metal everywhere right now! Now imagine a run down city with zombies crawling all over it. Scrap items will be everywhere! So until then sir this game will be good an my top 5 games. But if you did make this idea happen. It will be the no. 1 game! Just remember most games people like are the free ones, lets keep it hat way!

    Congratulations on this is game!

  • Decent

As far as runners go, this one is somewhere in the middle of the pack. It's mechanically pretty competent, though touch only controls don't work well so anybody who doesn't like tilt controls in for some frustration.

There are a lot of weapons and upgrades, though they don't really mix up gameplay that much and it all gets rather repetitive. Most runners suffer from that particular flaw, so it's not unique to Running Dead.

Runner fans should enjoy this one but those weary of the genre looking for something different should look elsewhere.

  • Superb gameplay and graphics

You start off in a training session, on an empty street. You can either tilt your device, or tap the screen to control the direction in which you move. Along the way you get to pick up bullets, and other sundries, that appear on the road. Up ahead, as you keep running, appear zombies. The controls for shooting them are fairly straightforward. You merely tap the center of the screen, and the gun aims automatically. Once you finish the basic training, you start off in the middle of a city. And thats when the real fun starts. There are now obstacles on the way in the form of vehicles and houses. Zombies appear out of nowhere and you have to be on your toes, because things get challenging pretty fast.

I found the game immensely enjoyable, and would definitely recommend it. The graphics are top notch, and controls very reminiscent of temple run. Personally I preferred using the tap controls, rather than tilting the device.

  • Simply zombie fun

Run from zombies, shoot zombies in your way.

This is a fun top down scroller where you are running up (forward) and shooting the zombies in your way, with occasional packs of zombies chasing behind you. Aiming is automatic, leaving you with the task of dodging obstacles. This is accomplished by either touching the left or right lower third of the screen or by tilt controls (your choice). To fire your weapon tap the screen, aiming is automatic. You get to grab boxes in your path for ammo and extras. But you really have to watch you path to make sure you do not run into a dead end. If that happens, you're zombie lunch. No way to run backwards out of the "trap". Also, the zombies in front of you slide left and right to block like soccer goalies. Not very zombie like, but its still fun.

  • Easy to learn & play "on the run"

Great game! The rules are obvious and since the rounds don't last long for the average player, it's a great one to play in a car ride or during a commercial break, etc. If you love zombie games, this one is for you!
PS- I've played on my iPad and iPhone; the phone (& iTouch for my husband) seem to work better because the smaller devices require less tilting (controlling) room.
