  • Instructional video

    The instructional videos are not helpful at all😝 the instructor is very fast and does it say the name of the button he’s pushing-all he says is “go here then here” that tells me nothing. 🧐
    Sorry for the bad review but I’m hoping that you’ll find a way to improve video for the future

  • Abandoned app?

    Have always loved using this app. But now I can’t get in touch with anyone in support. Their website is down. There is a bug that is causing app to crash when selecting page range in print options. I see that there hasn’t been an update in a year. I guess the developers disappeared.

  • STAY AWAY

    I have been using List Master Pro for years, however, it has been very ‘glitchy’ lately. I’ve reached out for support over 10 times to absolutely no response! I’ve tried to get onto the developer website and continuously get an error message which I have also communicated to the support portal. Still nothing. I would spend the money on this app - totally disappointed and I’ve been a customer for over 5 years.

  • Sub notes

    I really need a list with sub notes that I won’t lose!!! Microsoft list I had tons tons of notes and they’re all gone!!! I don’t ever wanna see Microsoft list ever again!!

  • Poor support - can’t sync

    If you only use this app on one device it is fine. I can’t get it to work and sync on both my iPad and iPhone.

    Messages to tech support have yielded no help. I receive short replies that don’t address the issue. And they don’t seem to respond to what I have written.

    For now, it doesn’t work. If they resolve the issue, I will update my review.

    The tutorial videos are poor as well.

    Looking into alternatives.

    Update - After much effort, I give up. The syncing worked once but I can’t get it to work again. And since this is a one-man shop, it is impossible to get timely support. Even the answers I got were not particularly helpful. There was no effort to truly understand the issue and what had been tried. It’s a shame because this is a decent product. Just poorly implemented and supported.

Please write me again so I can get this resolved for you.( I just sent you another email, please let me know if you didn't get it.) The syncing service is working for others, so I'm sure we can get things working for you again. Again, I'm sorry you haven't been happy with my service so far, and I will do what I can to remedy that!
  • Keeping it all in one place

    As a long time List Master user I have honed this app to run the key elements of my business. In the palm of my hand I hold my recipe database, inventory management, order guides, schedules and key contacts and client information. With the desk top tool I can share relevant reports with my office staff and employees. Great tool to help me manage my life instead of my life managing me.

  • Great, but missing key feature. Also a BUG.

    This is great software, but am I missing something or does it really not allow for UPPER CASE fields ?. Most other database programs have the function to automatically have certain fields default to UPPER CASE. List Master doesn’t do that.

    Just noticed a very major bug today. I tried to export my own created database today from my iPhone X to my iPad Air via email. When I do as you say, and click on the file and try to open it with ‘List Master’ it crashes every time. I was thinking of buying the pro version, but not until this is fixed.
