  • Product images gone missing!!!

We been using MyStuff pro for a long time. Recently we have encountered that every time we do any updates to the category template, say adding or changing attributes to a category. Some product images get deleted after saving the new attributes. In addition we notice some products got completely deleted as well.

Moreover the location of some products got changed to “no location”. We have more than thousand products and it is a time consuming having to go back and update the images all over again, that say is our least problem. When a location gets change or a product gets deleted then it is a real trouble to figure it out where was that product located or it is missing from our inventory list.

We have emailed the developer, but got no response. We hope they see this review and get in touch for more details to get this bug fixed. We love using the app, it has help us a lot and we want to continue using. We do not know if it is us only that we are having this trouble, please get it fix.

Thank you, we truly appreciate this application very much.

  • Hmm

£8.99 is quite pricey, at least it’s not a subscription. But why then am I expected to pay another £1.99 to remove branding? Come on, make the pro package everything. Other than that it looks okay but the proof will be when I try using it properly rather than just a quick poke around.
Update: Once you start using it it is fairly straightforward, I couldn’t see how to add items but it was because I forgot to click ‘done’ on editing a category. Then on it was fine. Seems very good and lots of features. Definitely the best one I have found. Just sort out the ‘pro’ pricing, make it everything.
