Seriously?
The customer service for this company is horrible. I had an issue with a movie box set and used the app to report wrong information and the response was that I should download a desktop app to fix it myself with a rude tone. I downloaded the desktop app but I can’t fix the problem myself apparently but I don’t want to try contacting them again just to get talked down to and have them act like there isn’t a problem even though I know EXACTLY what the problem is. Not only that but the desktop app installed SQL without warning and that version was broken so when I rebooted some of my startup programs could no longer start because of it. I of course uninstalled it but this is just ridiculous. I’m glad I waited to pay for the year subscription, I’ll keep looking for a good app.pholly

We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with the team handling incorrect reports - please be sure to forward your communication to support@mymovies.dk, so that we can ensure that things are handled correct. Overall - the report incorrect data function is used to report incorrect data, but our service is community based, so the service we provide is reporting of incorrect data only - adding data to profiles, or creating box sets based on existing profiles is not incorrect data, and here you can as a community member contribute the items though our software. However, our team makes mistakes as everyone else, and it can be that you got the wrong reply on your report - therefore we ask that you forward to support (which the emails also ask that you do). We can note that we between our competitors are the only ones who provide services for reporting of incorrect data, and services for reporting missing titles. Update: We believe to have located your user account - and you had three reports - two of them were confirmed and corrected, and the third was asking to create a box set with child titles for a box set that were present only as the container title - this is not part of the services we provide, and you can contribute box sets from the software.Movie night!
Love the ease of using the app. There is no way I could keep track of which movies I have when I’m out shopping without the help of the app! It’s a quick reference, also, when I’m looking for movies to watch in the evenings. if I don’t remember what the movie is about, I can always watch the trailer that’s available. It’s just nice to have a library of movies that I can refer to on my PC or on my phone. Well done!Enjoyment!
Excellent cataloguing app for videos
This app is incredible. It tracks videos in all available formats and downloads from a barcode scan all the data you could want. The database is remarkably thorough and located all the videos that I have bought in other countries while on travel. TV series provides broken down data by disk and episodes. I wish I could find a book app this thorough to catalogue my library.ConLurker
