Great fun
This is a nice app. I normally do watercolour painting on paper with real paint rather than digital art. Since downloading this app I've used it to create images for my website and also to mock up ideas for my real watercolour paintings.
You can create really nice images with this app. The only limitation is not being able to choose how much the colours bleed together as a texture like real paint, but they do blend together softly very well and you can layer this effect.

First watercolor app I've ever used, purchased the upgrade with all the colors for 99 cents, worth every penny and more! Works so similarly to real water colors (except clicking the dry button makes it even easier!Cccccccccrrrris
Pixelated version of poor watercolor program
The painting looks like old schooL MS Paint program from the 80's & 90's. Even worse lo-res and tacky design on the interface. Looks nothing like water colors as you paint. In fact, makes me highly suspicious that the promo images weren't made from the app at all. Avoid this app if you want water coloring on your digital touchscreen device.Show lessblackcatsoda

Good concept
This could be a really good tool if it wasn't restricted by the number of colours I could use. I know it's possible to mix them but it's too basic.Granny art
Can't connect for upgrades
Not able to connect with Apple Store within these excellent Hello drawing programs. The apps each freeze up. Have delete them and re-install each to ONLY basic program app. Please assist. Thank you, then 5 Stars for each.mac70graphics
Crashes but has potential
The app crashes when going to shop if I choose preview it freezes and I can't do anything. I'm using a newer ipad. I have to turn off my iPad to get it back. Whoever made this is losing money when the shop screen doesn't work. There are plenty of other good art apps so if the app creator doesn't care enough to fix it then take it off the App Store. I like the idea could be good with a bit of effort. I would not recommend this app.Show lessBeebuzzkill
Needs zoom feature, and a blending tool
Adding a zoom feature and adding a blending tool would make this a near perfect watercolor painting app.BeeKulp
The noise is obnoxious app has potential if developer wakes up!
The app keeps crashing and deleting some of the work on the image! I had just about finished painting when it quit and I lost the most recent part of the image.
Updating an app once a year in the face of frequent ios updates is not adequate!
the app interface looks like an app from a decade ago! no layers or importing images! No color mixer, it is really behind the times!
It's one good feature is a really good water color effect!
the app could benefit from a tutorial and a better way to contact the developer! I can't tell if the developer is disinterested or incapable of fixing the app!
This app might have some potential but the noise ruins the experience! I could not find any settings or anyway to turn of the noise! I might be interested in the additional brushes but will not as long as the dumb noise continues! I won't recommend it to anyone because of the noise!
I looked for a way to contact them about the noise but instead of a web page they have a facebook page and I 'm not going on facebook to contact them! If they get rid of the noise I'll add to the review!Show lessZerpineas
