This app is very efficient for payment and service requests even when you are renting under the worst rental administrations but thank goodness if they use RentCafe.

I prefer to pay my rent through my bank, not through rent Café. I don’t find any value to this app.

Awful experience.
Cannot get ahold of ANYBODY from this company for help. I’ve emailed multiple times, I’ve tried messaging on Facebook, nobody responds. I’m out $1000 and can’t even log in to my account because it’s no longer assigned to a rental company. There are no phone numbers listed on their website and the only ones I found after scouring the internet were either not in service or had unintelligible automated systems.
