Whenever I open the app I have to re-install an update, EVERY single time, and when I made a complaint to their customer service team they gave me โcommon senseโ advice that I had already tried, and when emailed AGAIN about the problem I havenโt heard a word from them.
This is absolutely ridiculous, I wish I could give it negative stars.

Okay so last round I was in the rank 100 and something. Then I bought one of the eyes I always wanted. I WAS SO HAPPY! Because I got 400 diamonds. Then, it asked for the fashion update thing. I did it, then went to the app again, oh and when I was done getting the eyes I had 200 and something diamonds left. ) when I opened to the app, it said choose a save. Both of them where not the ones I had last yet I saved. Then I chose local save because it works good. AND MY DIANONDS WHERE GONE ALONG WITH THE EYES I GOT! and I had 15 diamonds. =( then it told me to save so I did then it told me that I was playing on another device. What? So I saved then it said fail I kept trying but I kept say fail. So I went the setting then saved. So I reopened the app and surprise surprise! My stuff was gone once again.

A few things,
I absolutely love this game! I have been playing for almost 2 years. But around the end of August 2017, all my hats were gone ๐ฐ I had a lot of limited time only hats and hats only from boyfriends I cannot get back. So I bought most of the hats I could back. Then about 20 minutes ago I lost them again!! I worked so hard to get all of those hats and they just get deleted. If there is any possible way I could get my hats back, please let me know. Overall this game is pretty fun, and I've had stargirl in the past and that has never happened. But I definitely believe you should get this game โค๏ธ

Error
I love this game so much!!! But I had to delete it because whenever I enter a contest it says "error occurred. Please try again later" it does this for the ads as well, and recently I lost everything I own!!! I was on level 51 and I lost most of my gems and every single piece of clothing. All I had left were the outfits that you get when you join the game. So, I tried to delete it and reinstall the app, but it kept the same account on my phone.
Otherwise, this game was my favorite game on my phone and I would literally play it 24/7! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who got this app, but I just wanted to let you all know. Have fun!

It's a great game and I love the style and all, but I have come across a problem. A little while ago, I bought some eyes and I came back later to find them gone. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!

Nice game but it freezes every time I press the back button to return to the home street...please fix this I always have to restart the game and it's annoying

Too many glitches though.

There are also too many pop up adds.
Your about to tap on an item. Then suddenly an add comes you have to cross out of it then load your game again. It also takes way too long to load. Another thing is, your pushing people into joining Facebook. Some of us don't have Facebook for security and safety reasons. Also, the prices on clothing is way too high. Even on basic clothing, the average price is 8800 dollars. Please lower the prices. Other then that, the general idea of this game is ok. Not very impressed with this app ๐๐๐๐
