I really like this game it’s a good girl to play and I enjoy playing it all the time but I don’t like how we need to pay money for the VIP clothes 😒
Diamonds
I love this game. My sister and me see who can get a better score in contest. It is very fun. However, when you start to get into higher levels... everything costs diamonds. This is such a hard thing since not everyone has VIP and can’t just buy diamonds everyday. Could you make it easier to get diamonds faster? This app has been an on and off for me.
Otherwise I love playing this game. Since I’m busy a lot I normally get a lot of coins from the jobs. And I like that you put a goal to your Instagram so getting diamonds is a little easier. (I follow you on Insta)

I don’t know if that’s supposed to happen....
Hello, so, I bought one of the “Wow Star” boxes and u got an item i already owned and then it showed my how much it was worth, this has happened to me 4 times already, so I was wondering if when you buy a box and you get an item u already own you get your diamonds or coins back...?
I remember two of the items costing about 150,000 and 100,000 and the other two were worth about 600 diamonds, I’ve reported this question many times on the game already and no answer, so please if you could tell me if I’m getting my money back or not? - Vicky

My Promotions
So I bought a lot of ads and newspapers so I could get into the top 100 for the aquatic completion. I used up more than 30 gems so I could get some promotions. I also watched an ad so I could get 10 for free, so then I would have 40 promotions, in 30 minutes I come back so I can watch another ad so I can have 10 more, but I says I didn’t buy any at all. So I just wasted so many of my gems for nothing. Gems are pretty hard to get, and I HAD over 700+ of them so I thought it would be ok. Then I come back later in the day to see that I only have 695 of them, I didn’t buy anything with gems, I was saying up to get some other stuff. What happened to my gems and promotions?!

Good but upset
It’s a good game overall but I had Star Girl Moda Italia and I had huge progess on it. Then I found out that there was more options on the original Star Girl. And on this one I’m on level 8 while on Moda Italia I was level 51... Please add the same options in all games because I was sad leaving all my progess behind and it didn’t save go Game Center 😭

Awesome customer service <3
Hello! I’ve owned this game since 2014. The game has grown so much! Unlike most games, you have great customer service that usually replies in 30 mins - 4 hours! Not bad! I suggest this game to people who are a fan of fashion :). I would also like a gifting suggestion however people would start to scam/beg (since the game is aimed to young teens) but I really suggest it! I mainly play Animal jam and stuff and when I require service they usually take up to 2 hours to a day! (That is still good customer service in my opinion) however you replied fast to my issue! All I wanna say is that this is a great game, as much as the grammar isnt good, it helps people in other languages learning English! Love y’all <3

It was good at first but then it turned out bad
First it was fine and I was really enjoying it but then it started sending a big messages about saving the game so a few timesI pressed the cross so then it when back but it showed an advertisement to vote for some so then i voted for them and it started doing the wear it loads up and then it when back on the saving a game thing and just did the whole process over and over again and it has done similar things loads of times aswell I won’t delete it because it’s still good but I just wanted to say that thank you and hope you reply!🙂

It’s nice game although it needs bug fixes but I have some suggestions:
1) Be able to text friends in the game it’s would be nice if i can talk to my friends in the game so there should be a list of all my friends in the phone and i can choose a friend and sent a text and we can chat also be able to send the same message to all my friends so there is an option to select all friends or specific friends and also the friends that are online a green dot appear on the corner of their photo and i can visit them through this list.
2) make jobs that gives diamonds available for users that aren’t vip since everything needs diamonds or make it easier to get diamonds because not everyone can buy diamonds and getting free diamonds from the bank got harder it used to be 10 diamonds for each ad and you reduced it to 5 how are we supposed to enjoy the game while we can’t buy anything we like it’s not fun only the people who pay having fun and not much things to buy with coins it’s like 80% of the stuff needs diamonds it’s not fair everyone complains about this please figure it out.

Hey animoca I’m a really big fan of this game buttt I’m mad and sad and the same time because like I’ve been playing this game for years now and like I was trying to transfer my data to my new phone and instead of doing that it deleted all my clothes etc... and like I’m mad because like half of all those clothes I bought with real money and like I don’t get it like it shouldn’t of done that and like I would really like for you give me back of my clothes etc... all it game is my likes and friends and that’s it and I was at like level 117 or something and I started back at level 1 like why please give me back my stuff pleaseeee my ID is (RWUEEB) please help me
