So amazing just one thing

Hi I’m Simone, Chanel on star girl and me and my bestie love this game. We have been playing this game for about three years. We’ve been desperate to win the fashion contest. We are a tiny bit upset because we feel that it is unfair that players that have already won have won again. We believe that everyone should be able to win. So maybe tell the people that have won not enter the contest. Then once everyone has won we do it all over again. Thanks again for keeping this in mind and thanks for producing a great game.

Love it! 5*

Best dress up game I came across sofar. Saving the progress can be an issue sometimes. I recommend to save regularly. As a professional I'm impressed with some of the new ideas and mini games within the game! Well done to the developers! Love the game..Highly recommended to players that like this sort of simulation dress up games!!!

Help pls?

Absolutely love the game! But every time i log onto the game the saving thing won’t save like I’ll have great connection but it won’t let me save so I carnt do anything else? Pls fix this for me I really like this game and I really don’t want to uninstall it thx xxx

This game was 5 stars at first but I started doing the quests and I had to get 5 friends but I don’t have Facebook and none of my friends play star girl so please fix that. Also in the nightclub it is so hard to get a boyfriend especially when you fail then you can’t play for AGES! Please can you make a thing where you can skip quests, thanks. 😁

Rip off?

So I just got the game a few days ago and I went to get the whole “Star WOW” box thing and I practically spend all of my diamonds for a bracelet and all of my Coins for a hat. I don’t thinks it’s a rip off, I just think that maybe the developers could add in more “cool” things instead of bracelets and hats. But I still really like the game, but I don’t like the fact that you can have multiple “boyfriends”. My little sister plays this game, and it’s teaching her to have multiple boyfriends, and they all give her presents. I just don’t think we should teach little kids that stuff. But really fun game on the other hand I really enjoy playing it!!

I love this game but...

I have been playing this game for years. While in the army my best friend told me about it and we would compete against each other weekly to see who had the cutest outfit well...I got off the game for a few years and now I’ve started back to playing it in my spare time. What I don’t like isn’t about the price of clothing or anything. My complaint is that there is never anyone ethnic or any person of color that can make it to the top one hundred. Why? I’ve been asking several of my friends that play religiously and spend real money in this game (including myself) why haven’t they gotten to second, third, or even one hundredth place? I’m sure there is nothing the developers can do but it’s sad that in 2019 people bring their prejudice into a video game. Aren’t we better than that? I’ve told my daughter to stop playing it before she is old enough to understand that people won’t vote for her because she isn’t white. I hope people can wake up and realize we are all the same. No disrespect to the game it’s great but the people in it are making it hard to play.

From our end, we can see that Star Girl players are incredibly diverse, coming from every corner on the globe, including countries where the majority of the population are dark-skinned - but that diversity is not reflected in the winning entries. I'm so sorry that you've had to tell your daughter to stop playing, and I wish we were doing better by her. Your feedback has definitely made me start thinking about what we can do to improve the situation. The only possibility I can think of right now is that we can potentially host special event fashion contests that are themed around having players use the darker skin tones as part of their entries, either in the game or as a social media activity on our Instagram. I enjoy the game but-

I have been playing this game for a really long time and I decided to come back to it. I re-downloaded the game and began playing again I enjoyed it but it would only let me play it once and every time I try to open it again it will kick me out of the game. And to play it again I have to delete the game and download it again and go back in and retrieve my saved game. Which I don't mind doing but every time I do retrieve my save it always makes me lose all of the things I achieved like new clothes, hair and makeup. I would love to continue to love this game but it's such a hassle to continue.

Having 2 many issues very upset and disappointed

Hello my name it’s Brenda and I have been playing this game since it came out and love the game but lately I have been debating whether to keep it or deleting including my membership because I have been reaching out for quite some time now in regards to diamonds that I had disappeared contests diamonds and coupons not coming in also items purchased disappear and the diamonds we are supposed to receive due to all the issues which it’s 200 diamonds every day for 7 days haven’t received it and diamonds I had already worked for and earned gone😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I’m getting ready to delete it all and have my friends and family who I got into it, to delete it as well because it’s not fare at all and the 80% of promo on 6,000 diamonds I never got it when I intended to purchase it. It was regular price . Can someone please take care of this issues please it’s a little to much.
