    I have been using My Meds for a year. Up till now I would have given them a 5 star…. Now that I have become dependent on the app, every time I try to log in it gives me an error, when I I submit forgot password you can’t even fill out all the fields so you cannot submit. For something so very important to have these issues is completely unacceptable. I even went to their website and if you aren’t looking for “sales info” they direct you to their help center which doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your time!!!

  • Can’t set up account

    Downloaded app and attempted to set up an account. The “time zone” will not accept an entry, without an account this app is useless
  • Basically doesn’t do what you’d expect so don’t rely on it.

    Notifications suddenly stopped again with iOS 15.0 update. Since I was a fool and relied on this app to help me not miss doses, I’ve been missing a bunch of doses. Which is just great.

    Can only seem to contact sales their help link for users loads a dead page. On to a better app…
  • No Support!!!

    Does this app even work? I haven’t been able to log in or have anyone from customer support contact me in over a week.

  • Can’t delete or edit my own meds

    Something must be wrong with this app because if I’m not authorized to delete my own meds then who is 🤨
  • Want to like it

    The print is so small I can barely read it. Also the white letters on the light blue also make it difficult to read. I removed the app for one that’s easier to see.

  • Crashes on startup

    Put all my meds in and noticed I was never alerted 2 hours after when I should have taken my meds. Tried opening the app to find out what happened and it auto crashes.

  • Worst App Ever

    I spent hours putting in my sons extensive med list. A couple hours later and the app won’t even open. Huge waste of time.
