I have been using My Meds for a year. Up till now I would have given them a 5 star…. Now that I have become dependent on the app, every time I try to log in it gives me an error, when I I submit forgot password you can’t even fill out all the fields so you cannot submit. For something so very important to have these issues is completely unacceptable. I even went to their website and if you aren’t looking for “sales info” they direct you to their help center which doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your time!!!Show lessgdrmb
Can’t set up account
Downloaded app and attempted to set up an account. The “time zone” will not accept an entry, without an account this app is uselessKDupuis1197
Basically doesn’t do what you’d expect so don’t rely on it.
Notifications suddenly stopped again with iOS 15.0 update. Since I was a fool and relied on this app to help me not miss doses, I’ve been missing a bunch of doses. Which is just great.
Can only seem to contact sales their help link for users loads a dead page. On to a better app…jj98712

Want to like it
The print is so small I can barely read it. Also the white letters on the light blue also make it difficult to read. I removed the app for one that’s easier to see.ojidanowe

Put all my meds in and noticed I was never alerted 2 hours after when I should have taken my meds. Tried opening the app to find out what happened and it auto crashes.Hejsisbbdkxjsbd
