Why say there’s spots open when there’s not
Usually it gives me a good idea of how full a parking garage is and if it’s even worth going to try to find a parking spot, but why say there’s 180 spaces open and for there the be ZERO student spaces open, barely any pay to park ones. Like cmon. I mean, you really gotta mess up the accuracy on this app for ppl to even give it a bad review. Is it helpful sometimes? Yes. That sometimes being 35% of the time. The other 65% is when the app says there’s over 150 spaces open and you’ve got 30 cars circling the floors trying to get a parking spot and then end up having to drive to spirit way.

don’t work
this app does not work at all
App is NEVER right
This app is completely useless. The number of parking spaces available is always wrong. Garges that are FULL say they have over 500 spaces. It is so stressful to rely on this nd have to drive around campus because the app says parking is available when it is not. Why is FSU pushing this app when it DOESN’T WORK???

only works sometimes
i’m often late to class because this campus doesn’t have enough parking for all of the students. recently, the app has been saying that the call st garage still has 300 spots left, but when i get there there are no spots left! it’s really annoying, please fix this!
Abandoned, bad design
App has not been updated in 5+ years, extremely unstable on new iOS versions. Also looks like there's no handler built in for when the service goes down (which happens constantly) so the app just crashes instead of handling the exception. The design is also abysmal, with parking garage capacity represented as an unexplained eight-increment meter despite the fact that the garages scan license plates to tell precisely how many cars are in the lot.
Referencing local news articles, it's clear that this service was FSU's fix for commuters not being able to reliably find parking in a reasonable time. If the solution to dealing with people using lots for off-campus overflow and semi-permanent car storage, and to address how the demand for parking exceeds capacity at certain times of the day is to make information reliably available rather than instituting targeted parking restrictions or fees, or simply increasing the capacity of overnight parking, there's an expectation that the information will actually be made reliably available.

Crashes
App crashes immediately upon opening, needs to be fixed
10% chance you can open it
Most of time you cannot even open it when you want to check parking lot traffic!
Useful but needs to be updated
needs to be updated for new ios
Useful but could be improved
I suggest optimizing the app for newer devices. Feels like the app was designed with an iPhone 4 or 5 in mind.
