Do not use this app unless you’re a hateful bigot
This app is the single most toxic and disgusting place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Twitter is full of less hate than this app, which regularly posts explicitly racist and homophobic ‘memes’ (a picture of a guy with a gun aiming it at two gay people minding their own business with no caption is NOT a meme). The only thing more disgusting than the images posted is the community. I have seen comments consisting of only the N word get hundreds of upvotes. Comments like “not all transgender people are pedophiles” result in dozens of downvotes and accusations of being a child abuser. Slurs are extremely common on this app, and do not result in bans or deletion from the clearly very far right moderators, unless you have any criticism for ‘Christian’ values, in which case get ready for the ban hammer. So unless you’re one of those people who think blacks are inferior and trans people should be murdered, you won’t find like-minded individuals on this app. Look for funny pictures elsewhere and don’t support hatred.Show lessI_Are_Lebo
Mods will ban you for using innocent words in innocent context
Don’t dare to use the word “monkey” even in an innocent context. Mods see racism where it isn’t. There are always plenty of people using words in non innocent ways but so have seen too many times of people getting their comments removed and getting banned over innocent things because the mods are way to trigger happy with the bans.Show lessRENegade013

Where is memedroid pro?
What happened to memedroid pro? I still have memedroid pro for a long time and it got deleted from the App Store. I use this pro app for many years and it doesn’t have any new updates recently. No messenger on iOS and bugs are still there.Monkey_D._Luffy

I used to use this app so I decided to get it on my new phone and it’s full of people saying how the election was rigged, people saying trump isn’t racist, people being racist and people being heavily transphobic and anti gay . I would recommend this app to a single soul.HowImetfries

Not the same
I loved this app, it was fantastic. Unfortunately it’s been undone. The memes are slow to update, and it’s like viewing through a soda straw.
The deal breaker: this app has gotten so far off course it’s become all politics. It’s becoming an anarchist, alt-right hate group. I can’t support it. The fun is gone and all we get in return is Adolf Hitler fan fiction and contrived outrage about events that never happened. Occasionally we do get a cute otter.Show lessignored sports fan
Used to love it. Not any more.
But then again, I used to love the app store, back when it allowed me to write full reviews before erasing the entire edit, mid-composition.
Now, I'm mad at both Apple and MemeDroid.

A good alternative to ifunny!
