Subscription renewal not working.
I purchased the monthly subscription on February 2, 2018. And until this day it does my work! You guys charged me and it shows on my Apple account. But somehow on my labtop via web it doesn’t show the purchase? Seriously? Now how will you guys give me back those days lost?! And your customer service is non-existent!Show lessColombianNG
Nothing will load.
I was just using the app earlier and it was working fine, but now it won’t load anything at all except for my profile page and the for you section. I can’t watch anything either.iiShaylee

Frustrating
Have been paying for the app for almost a year now. Hardly seen anything. Most movies cannot be war hed as chromecast view not available. DisconnectedBina Mehta

Issue with Chromecast has been addressed and is part of our latest release (v3.7.0).Poor app. Not worth the $$$
Only some movies play and constant error messages come up advising that the video cannot be played at this time. Waste of monthly fees!Varsha268

Premium Service is waste
Good App not Reliable!! Not many new movies even if you get premium service. Payment is done via iTunes yet it wouldn’t update itself and keep on asking to upgrade and hence we can’t even watch old movies. Have already emailed them and waiting for reply.Apps user review
