  • Scam

    I bought a subscription n it didn’t work then I tried again it still said i didn’t have a subscription. They took my $10 and gave me no subscription. If I could I would give this a -100 rating. Don’t fall for this fraud.
  • App malfunction

    The movies and content is good and I enjoy using the app. But every time I close the app and open it back it always signs me out and I have to sign in again and again every time I open the app. So can you please fix this problem it is getting very annoying.

  • Most useless support

    Even after paying for a year subscription, profile yet under basic subscription. When asked about it, after 10 emails, it has been passed to high tier support. 4 weeks and yet no response. Apple won’t refund as it has passed the refundable time and need ErosNow to refund, but they are useless

    Been asked to log in and out, delete the app and reinstall etc. Nothing sorted the issue.

    Then was told that high tier will get back to me. Hmmm

  • Not able to chrome cast.

    Based on my last review I was asked to provide devices specifications and screen shots of an error. Both are useless requirements asked by App developers as we are unable to chrome cast with any of our iPhones- 7, 11 & 8 and with any of our laptops- Dell, HP. On the other hand we can chrome cast Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ using all these devices, same time. And what screenshot you need ? There can not be screenshot for not being chrome castes. Please fix your App.
    We like contents on Eros but only technical issues now (not before- last 2 months).
    Also though I have Eros prime subscription they still ask me to resubscribe on Apple TV.

  • Casting to Chromecast does not work reliably

    At first the cast worked from iphone to chromecast. Then we got a mesage fromt he app if we want to connect it to apple tv in order to cast and we answered no since we do not have apple tv. And since then it has stopped casting on chromecast. No resolution from support been a week now that we are having this issue.

  • Apple TV

    half the time Eros App doesn’t work on Apple TV. Movies don’t retain the last viewed place, to start from where it was stopped. It will always restart from beginning. Video songs menu option doesn’t work.
  • Trial period

    Hello,
    I think you guys should give a free trial period, so people could see what you are offering.
    Netflix gives a trial period. People see what they are going to have then if they like what they see, they purchase it.
    I would purchase it if I see what I will be having, for example, I like subtitles because I am not versed in Hindi. Please think about a trial period and I bet you will get a lot more customers. Thank you - Emma.

  • DO NOT SIGN UP FROM YOUR PHONE NUMBER

    I’m constantly harassed with their messages. I keep getting text message alert which I never signed up for from different numbers every time. I’m unable to opt out of it. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service with no reply.
  • Fraudulent services with payment plans

    Cancelled subscription still getting charge on the credit card and then cancelled credit card still getting charged in account. So definitely not reliable and no one answers any queries. Shoot them mails over mails for reply.

  • Do not use it

    Hello everyone this is one of the most untrustworthy app I have used I purchased the subscription but I cancelled it by mistake as other app allow you to continue your subscription wether you cancel it or want to continue but Eros don’t allow you to use it back ask for new subscription as I paid 2 times still not able to use it.
