  • Spamming

    This app keeps spamming me with messages via text. I’ll get multiple messages a day about a movie. I can just go on the app and see when the movie is available. It also seems as if they don’t have a way to prevent these messages from being sent other than blocking the numbers.

  • I paid for the monthly services

    No I paid for the monthly services now I receive nothing it won’t even let me login with my email address and password. This is a big scam I think

  • Warning ❗️My money gone!

    I live in America and this was suggested by someone for Indian movies. I literally found just 2 movies out of a list of 30 good movies I wanted to watch from internet. Anyways - atleast the 2 movies should have streamed.. the spinner never went away. I subscribed thinking I’ll have an option to withdraw later but it ate my money. Bye Eros Now and stop looting people in the name of subscription. In this fast paced internet era you still are catching up! Sad!

  • Paid but can’t watch!!!

    Paid a subscription, yet the app keeps asking me to subscribe!!
    Despite paying, cannot watch anything...
    Customer service has been utterly useless.
    No response to emails or support on app.
    So the app is pretty much useless except for trailers and the customer service if even less so!!

  • Need more work

    There’s nothing new on this aap every single movie are before 2018 release. Moreover, whenever I leave any movie in between for watch after then they don’t have any resume movie or series option, need to do that by own. This application really need to do more work on these updates.

  • Freemium plan?! This is too good to be true!

    I love the app and all the content. And there’s more every week. I saw a mention of freemium membership but there’s no option to sign up under plans. This is very exciting! But how do you use it?!

  • Charging my account without any subscriptions

    How the hell can someone charge my credit card when I haven’t subscribed ? I reported to my bank and closed my credit card. Very strange I noticed one more payment out last night ..how can it be possible !!!!

  • Buggy App

    Purchased the subscription but it was not reflected in the app and was not able to access any content. Complained to appstore team they asked me to contact developers through eros website or app. Emailed them twice still no response. Had to request for refund through apple. Fix your in-app purchase.
