Endless need to login
So the app keeps loging me out, then you need to find your subscription ref, which is an email somewhere - yes I know I could write it down, but really? Whose paying who here? Easy customer experience should be the goal
Downloaded magazines don’t persist

App used to work brilliantly on the iPhone. Now downloaded magazines don’t persist. These need to be downloaded almost every other day. I have turned off the auto archive function but this still happens.

Great mag, annoying app
Magazine and content is fantastic as it always has been and the only mag I have subscription for, but the app just lets it down. I went to digital subs only to save a few trees, but I’m close to going back to print. I download editions to read on my iPad, enjoy reading them and then they’ve disappeared when I come back to them, meaning I have to download them all over again! It happens all the time - content never stays on the device! Contacted Dennis customer service but to no avail, can’t find a problem.

Issues with partial download
Magazine is ok but only partially downloaded, despite having good internet. Waste of time

Love the magazine and love reading it with the app. There is however one major thing I’d love to see fixed...
You can’t access your downloads unless you are online! I discovered this when I downloaded the latest edition to read on my iPad on the train. When I opened the app, no downloads were visible. I’d assumed this was a failed download until the same happened again when I tried to read it on a flight on my iPhone. With WiFi and mobile data turned off you can’t access your downloads. Kinda defeats the purpose of downloading them in the first place...

Love the magazine
The new app is better but the magazine is worth it
Poor value
I feel the content / editorial quality is OK but limited. Very expensive for what you get. The UI / UX is sub par IMO. Would expect more for $7 a issue. Disappointed.
Great magazine - terrible software
Love this magazine but swapping to paper version. You lose so much of the magazine in its electronic form and now to make matters worse the latest edition has been in the shops several days but is not yet available here in electronic form. What is the point having a subscription for a magazine you don’t get?

Great electronic publication
After initially buying the magazine in paper for several years I made the switch last year to the electronic subscription. It's great to have available at work and when traveling and the format and navigation is easy to follow.
Used to be my favourite
I love to read Cyclist and have read both paper and soft copy editions as a subscriber since issue one. However the app has recently stopped working for me, telling me I have no active subscription. This would be fine if just a blip, but it has been like this for several weeks now, and to make matters worse I have received no reply from several email requests to customer services. Very disappointing.
