  • Not Intuitive

    Interesting game theme.
Needs a tutorial. Took me a bit how to set up the players to play.
When I figured out to play the wizard deck, it flipped the board and I had to play upside down.
    Can’t edit a deck?
Great potential here, but needs a LOT of work to make it worth while.
  • Glitches but good

Its great but there are a few glitches like the coin always land on wizard
  • Nice

I've always enjoyed this game and it's great to see it back with new decks and online multiplayer but...

    1. Multiplayer needs to be asynchronous as it is impossible to find an online match for synchronous play.

    2. I've purchased an extra pair of decks but puzzled why I can't mix and match. You can only play Deck A v Deck B or Deck C v Deck D. Why can't I play Deck A v Deck C for example? This would add much more variety, especially if you could then allocate a random Deck to both players.

  • Unbalanced but fun.

Fun duelling card game that is like Yu-gi-oh in that there some highly over-powerful card combinations that can win you the game in 1 turn!

It can be gleefully enjoyable as your opponent dominates a match just for you to all of a sudden win in 1 turn. But equally frustrating when it happens to yourself. The problem is that often times it is just a race game for both you and your opponent to see who gets one of the "killer combos" first. Relegating other strategies meaningless. Perhaps future updates can help?

Also, wording on some of the cards could use some revising. Some cards state "Ignore Armour" but there is no armour in this game, only shields! Am I lead to believe future cards will have armour?

Hopefully future updates also bring deck customizations that all card duelling games of this type have. But as it stands, I still find it enjoyable in its brokenness and all.

  • Like it

Good game. Easy to learn. Good time killer. Fun. Needs difficult levels or any player leveling. Needs more card options, deck is limited. Leveling player with new card each level or something.
  • Statistical farce

Polished and pretty looking, but the pleasantries stop there. Have lost 29 matches in a row against the computer due lost coin tosses (at least 10 losses to 1 win), garbage damage rolls (1 roll on the 20-sided over and again), the computer pulls endless combo chains over and over. What a pile of crap. This game goes in the delete pile. Don't pay anything for it.

  • Nice

A little limited bc only 2 decks but plays we'll and is polished. It's a little luck heavy especially with the use of d20s but it's a pretty good card game simulation.
  • Not sure if good or bad

Bought the game figuring that its going to be similar to magic the gathering or well kinda close...yeah it's either attack 2 or 4 or attack with dice rolls or coins. Played over 30 games lost all of them switching sides did no good just lost again. I feel the opponent computer chances are crazy high for rolls constantly doing 17 or 20s and my rolls...2 maybe 3...every turn. Not much of a review but if you really enjoy loosing I say buy it.

The 2player option is kinda enjoyable but the cards feel the same it's more of a time killer I have to explain how long of a time killer it can be...not long but just long enough that I regret buying it...will see if my co workers enjoy playing such a game.

  • Pretty Good Overall But Lacks Depth

Easy to learn and offers a quick but highly entertaining card game. The game is a little heavy on luck but it is fun to play a bunch of games in a row. The game only offers 2 deck types, this could be expanded to improve the depth. Overall glad I gave this game a shot.
  • Amusing, but...

This is a pretty entertaining casual game. Low time commitment both in terms of learning curve and play time. But there's ultimately too much randomness and too little strategy. Lucky draws lead to annoying results like your opponent getting a doubler card and a 1d20 damage card, rolling a 15+, and killing you in one go. And that's a surprisingly common occurrence, indicating the deck is probably too small.

It's fun for a while, but the lack of depth that makes it fast and easy also makes it gets old fast.

Pretty good "waiting in line" game, though, given the fast rounds.
