  • Ok but not much to it

Fun. AI is very easy to beat. Not many options.
  • Good cheap filler

Very polished, quick and pretty game. Only downside is limited replay. Good job, guys! Now let's work on expanding it...
  • Strangely addictive

Great graphics, very simple to play and enjoyable too. I look forward to more cards being released. I haven't experienced the sound problem reported in another review. This is a really good game - I recommend it highly.
  • Needs more cards

Great start ... I like having a little luck in a card game. It really needs more variety. LOVE THE ONE TURN KILLS - when I do them.
  • Hissing Sound

When you play the game without music, there is a loud hissing sound in the background. They need to use background noise reduction in their sound software to get rid of this.
  • 1.0

Very nice tcg game. Easy and fun.
  • Nicely done

I like it, but if it was online against others and you could get new cards it would rock! The battle system is easy and done well.
  • Fun, Quick Playing Card Dueler

As a simple card battler, this gets the job done. The presentation is very well done, it's fun, fast paced, and very easy to learn. The gameplay is similar to something like Arcomage, where you take pot shots at your opponent using your preconstructed deck of cards, continually depleting their life/shields and buffing your own. I like the luck element this game brings in with coin flips/die rolls determining whether damage occurs and how much. It brings a little excitement to the table.

Unfortunately, the game's biggest strength (simplicity) is also it's biggest weakness. There is no deck customization, no new cards to aquire, and no new ways to inject life in the formula. The lack of depth will cause people to burn out quickly on it. The wizard deck and demon deck are also very similar, I assume to maintain balance. I'd love to see some new cards or new decks with different, interesting powers. Also, the game only supports local play and play vs. the AI - this game desperately needs an online component to give it some legs.

I think with a little TLC and support from the developer, this could go from a fun little diversion to deeper, yet still accessible, experience.

  • I like this!

why has no one reviewed this? it's a fun little game! they advertise it's quick to learn and play but, well, i hope in an update you can up the life points so i can play longer! it's fun to see what card you'll be hit with next and i wish it could go on longer! the game looks great, plays smooth and it's strategically fun and challenging.

here are a few thoughts (not complaints) I had as I want this game to get even better!:

    1) people might not know but you can double tap to enlarge the cards in your deck, but it's kind of finickey. Often you have to find the exact spot to tap before it works. maybe you can adjust that a little.
    2) when the game ends and i lose it would be nice to see "how i lost ". the game ending pop up blocks the last card played so i don't know what it was. it would be nice to see what did me in!
    3) some of the cards can get REALLY powerful like when you double the next card and then roll a 15 on the 20-sided die! I was beaten in my very first game in one roll. I didn't even get a turn! I'm wondering if it's possible (or practical) for that to be toned down a little.

    thanks for the great game!
