Just keeps getting worse.
It seems that every time you just get used to (Oswego FCU) updated App, they change to a new one “that’s even worse” and more difficult to enroll in. I have (2) other credit unions that seem to keep the same app. w/out being subjected to security issues. Stop the madness!Leatherneck50
Not a fan
Not a fan of how I can only see the most recent transactions. Even if I change the dates to something farther out, it still only gives me the most recent dates. I’ve tried to use the website on my instead but that’s even worse. I can’t even get the whole page on my screen!ESalami99

Every single time there’s an update, there’s issues! Mobile deposit works sparingly and apparently text messages aren’t working at all!Kasc52
Frustrating to use sometimes
Print function doesn’t work when trying to print an eStatement. I don’t have any such problem with other apps. Navigation is clunky and not very intuitive.Photon Tom

Never a good idea to release anything before the majority of the bugs are resolved. There is an option for hiding accounts. Yes, that part is easy. Now try and find and option to unhide accounts.Malone628
Not a fan of the update!
This new update is awful! I dont even know what account im clicking on or looking at! They could have left the app the way it was and still added accounts to it! Yes i like that i can now see my business account and my kids accounts on my app, but i DONT like yhe new set up. Its awful and confusing!! Only good thing out of it was the combination of all accounts. I think they need to review this and go back to their old model!Camoprincess91
Never Works
This is the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Every time I try to sign in it locks my account and I have to call and have my account unlocked. You’re better off just signing in through a web browser. When it did work, it would just say “try again” multiple times before it actually signed in.Ehughes17
