Site is slow
This site is very slow and crashes quite a bit. I am suppose to complete journey for a discount from my employer. I spend a lot of wasted time on this app to save money and quite honestly I don’t learn a thing from this app.Redhead987

This app is so slow. So much time is wasted waiting to get from screen to screen with “updating”. I’ve used this app for several years, and with increased technology they should be able to figure out a way to resolve this delay. The menu in the app is not user friendly. There is no easy way to get to digital therapeutics. You need to go through the rewards menu to even find it. When doing the Stress journey, I wrote this app causes stress as it is not easy to use and that is so frustrating.Show lessupdate🤬
Why is your app crashing??
My employer forces me to use this app to get a discount on my health insurance. It’s not much but every little bit helps. This app is ridiculous to begin with. If employers cared they would provide decent benefits to their employees instead of paying their executives millions of dollars a year. Instead I’m wasting my time off completing this nonsense and the app is agonizingly slow and crashing. Do better. I’m sure you were paid well. Unlike me.Show lesssass_sa_frass
