Need to improve individual chauffeur Partners accounts Ratings Evaluation System.
I am requesting to your good office that Since I have opened my individual Chauffeur partner account with Blacklane. I dont have good experience in this ratings evaluation process. When it come to building a good rating one star increases one point, on the contrary if one guest give a low rating there is decreases of 13 points what a bised rating evaluation system. In fact if you dont care chauffeur ‘s mental health state then how can management expect good quality work and results.
Whenever, I had disputed ratings I was never ever listened only the customer side was given importance and respected. I have a vast experience in this industry more than 15k safely completed rides.
This extra ordinary strict environment on Blacklane has shown to the Chauffeurs a new way they are opening their own businesses account on google and making good money.
That’s why in the market there are so many whatsApp groups offering good prices jobs.
You are humbly requested to pay attention on individual Blacklane pratner account holders ratings system.
