    App crashes often. Constantly have to reinstalled the app again and again.

    The app is undependable to work upon demand. At least 50% of the time, the app will not open with face recognition. If frequently sends message that it is not accessible at this time.

    Your application is OK, printing is small and hard to read. Sometimes the application will not open until the second or third try

    The app is the way I can operate. Not so confusing.
  • Pathetic app & bank

    This bank is pathetic & is only around thanks to Korean immigrants who don’t know any better. There is a $500 daily limit for their debit card & atm withdrawal which is ridiculous in this day & age. They also don’t provide tap to pay for their cards which is really basic technology. Also when you sign up for e statement, you’re basically signing up to never receive statements at all as they never send them through emails as written in their estatement agreement. Also you can’t print out your statements yourself and they charge you at the branches to do so. Ridiculous.

  • Face ID works half the time

    Sometimes the app lets me do face recognition sometimes it makes me put in a password. Kind of annoying.
