Disappointing

The app isn’t as good as it could be. The app doesn’t notify me of missed calls. My setting for notifications is set up correctly. The only way I can use it is to go onto the app and look up the number that called.

Big improvement

The new app is really useful for a small business, I use different phone number for different towns locals, so I cover the region I work in. I get more calls from an area if I advertise a local number. It’s great

Crashes when change dept opening times

This must relate to the latest version because it worked perfectly before. On this version, when I have switched a dept off for a particular day, all of the opening and closing times for the whole week have been set to 00:00 meaning the dept remains closed and when I try to edit it, the app crashed. Pants - I lost a whole day of sales calls yesterday!

Cannot record anything

Really needed this app so that we can change our introduction messages when and as needed. Problem is it doesn't record and sometimes when you press the playback it's recorded some woman talking about God!
