Good but needs improvements updating
The main thing I have noticed is the recording feature does not seem to work, at least on iPhone 4. It does not pick up sound or playback. It will however upload a silent clip.
I think the menu options could be improved and some of the options did not seem to sync with the online version.

Brilliant and a let down
I have mixed opinions on this app , was working perfectly until all the lines went dead even there help line. Didn't even get an email to let businesses know so lost hours of missed calls.
When it works its great but they shouldn't use the'' never miss a call again '' if there service goes down!

The whole Switchboard Free offering is first class. This app extends the service to the mobile device and is well devised and intuitive.
What an amazing service!
This whole service and the new version of the app is a must for any business. If you're missing calls or if you want to make your business number work for you this is a no brainer. If I could give you guys 6 stars I would. Thank you.

I have been using the iPhone app on my iPad for what seems ages now but this release of the iPad has been worth the wait. It has so much more functionality and the menu system makes this so easy to use. Well worth the download for any switchboardfree user.
