Absolute disaster - winding down my relationship with Tetrad now
Dreadful experience. I initiated a transfer from the UK on 1 Nov and my account was debited.
Believe me, until today about midday 4 Nov my account overseas has not been credited. But worse still, all messages on WhatsApp have been totally ignored, unread and not even been acknowledged even up to this moment.
I am quite convinced I should now explore other options!
