Absolute disaster - winding down my relationship with Tetrad now
Believe me, until today about midday 4 Nov my account overseas has not been credited. But worse still, all messages on WhatsApp have been totally ignored, unread and not even been acknowledged even up to this moment.
I am quite convinced I should now explore other options!

It is very transparent because any service charge or exchange rate is made known to you in advance and it remain same before and after transaction, no hidden charges.
The app also gives you information about daily exchange rates between pounds Sterling and naira. It can also be use, even when you travelled outside UK. I did my last transaction while on vacation in Amsterdam. I strongly recommend the app
