I got to know about this company through my daughter who was a friend to one of the owners.
At the time , there was no app just WhatsApp message and Nigeria account number to pay money into. So I was added to the WhatsApp group. I was notified of the plan to open a website.
When the website started , I was informed to open it but I was not happy about the need to give my personal information online, so three of my children started using the app and changing money for me.
They recommended the app but for a year I refused to open the app even though I have downloaded it but refused to be verified.
One day , 6months ago my children were on holiday and I know that they would not use such app outside UK. I couldn’t ask them and I needed fund to pay for a project in Nigeria ASAP.
I tried my luck with the children and they told me to wait till they are back in the UK or better still, get verified and use the app.
Well the rest is history since then. I blame myself for not using it from beginning because it’s the best app I’ve ever used.
It is seamless, straightforward and self explanatory. You don’t need anymore to take you through and you don’t have to be literate.
I will recommend it anytime.

No receipt/invoice available
It is easy to use.. however it does not provide a receipt that can be presented as proof anywhere in the world. It is just a shame cause I have lost money because you could provide a letter headed receipt format widely recognised.
You should work on doing that. The receipt you provide is a text format and any literate person could write it up. It is not good enough. I have used your app consistently in the last year, it is really good and efficient. However this is really any downer as other establishments do provide receipts and not just payment confirmation that’s frankly good for nothing for official duties.
I hope you look into this soon and improve it.

Deposit not instant.
This service claims the deposit is instant. Well my first transfer using their service was instant but the second one has not been credited to my First Bank after 30 minutes.
I got an email saying it has been credited but this is not the case. It is either it went through and the money is held hostage by First Bank or the service is not instant meaning transfers are done procedurally.

Absolutely love it!
Amazing app! I’m based in the UK and it’s just as simple as using online banking to send money abroad. Commission prices are worth it. It’s instant and reliable. Would definitely recommend
