    I am happy with the app providing secure login including FaceID and 2FA texts. Zelle support is fantastic.

    I just wish the account details for my loan with include any actual details. I have to leave the app and go to the website to see such basic information is inexcusable!

    Park Bank is top notch in all areas, but the website has so many errors.
    We have been with them for 25 years but would love to see improvements to the website.

  • Can’t log in with face recognition. Crashes

    In the last few days I’ve been completely unable to log in with the facial recognition. It will read, give the successful checkmark and then the app crashes. I prefer using the facial recognition as using a password is overall far more difficult. Please look into this soon.

    Pretty crummy. Limited abilities, you need a different app for mobile deposit. Behind the times.
