Ongoing subscription for desktop companion app made up my mind
Was really interested in this app & was hoping a desktop version would become available. Had been holding off spending the $80 because of that. Then I received this email saying a desktop app was now available. Great! Then I went to install the “Free” app but not able to use it till I pay not only the $80 for the iPhone app but also an unknown amount for a subscription. Not going to happen. I was happy to see a one time payment option for the iPhone app & was on the fence. The desktop app would have pushed me over to purchase but the subscription reversed that. Pretty sure If I took the time to write this there are several dozen other people that just deleted your app instead.

Life easier
This app is awesome as it has made life easier for me to keep track of everything.
Great app, however…
I wanted to list all my jigsaw puzzles and managed to get to 15 and was told I would have to pay £30 if I wanted to add more or unlock the whole thing for £60!!!!! I have the money but why would I waste that on an app!! I also wanted to log my DVDs but as I have 1000+, I don’t see me getting far on the however many free I get! I think the pricing is unacceptable.

Good inventory system
I quite like this I’ve been using it for several years
Good app can use more things tho
Love it just wish there was a setting for when you collect puzzles that you can have a timer function that would make that app 10 times better

Issues with update
Ever since I’ve updated to IOS 18 it keeps pulling me out the app and won’t let me edit or look at anything.

I sent a question to the owners and they responded almost immediately and out of hours! Above and beyond.
There’s a desktop app that’s got a subscription, but that’s way less than some of the competition if you have more than a couple of collections.
I love that you can make your own collection, too, if there isn’t one amongst the long list of provided templates.
Can’t wait to see what’s next!

Loving it!
I collect Ravensburger puzzles and someone in my group mentioned this app so I thought I’d check it out. I’ve scanned in 50 so far and only had to add a few myself. I like that I can edit the previous description for my own collection as I don’t want all the froth that others enter. I figured it will be invaluable so I don’t buy double ups, which has happened in the past 😂 and while I have a database on my computer this app is better because it’s on my phone so with me all the time.

Purchased this when it was originally sortit apps and when they switched or were bought out by iCollect they allowed me to access my collection but not add anything. They want me to purchase app again.
