Twice this year I have been unable to access the app version for days on end. Support staff ignore my regular requests to restore access to the app. I even wrote to the editor but am yet to receive a reply. It is ok when you can get in, but their attitude to reported faults is beyond frustrating.

Sorry for the delay, due to a technical issue with the app we have released an updated version to amend the issue. Please visit the app store to update the app and then you will be able to restore your subscription. Sorry to hear you have also had problems contacting us, I will raise this with our team.
