Keep on downgrading
I love this game and been playing for couple of years and have crossed level 700. Since last update, this app keeps on downloading after each time energy runs out. So once all 5 energies run out, when I open the app after few hours to play again, i have to manually download the levels. Manual download means I have to keep tapping on the levels and this is the only way to download. Also, it does not download on wifi and only downloads using mobile data. This is so frustrating. Also, I hardly get any free boosts. Please fix the issue.

Have to agree with prior reviews in that this game is a great game but not honest in the way it is conducted.
Gold bars are nearly entirely paid for & disappear or are extorted under the most dubious circumstances. I am so puzzled as to how I suddenly requested extra time to complete a level at an extraordinary price!!
It happens frequently when I am quite sure I did not authorize any purchase!
So sad because it's a wonderful game & so much fun to play!! It's quite ingenious but just not fair to the person who is playing & paying.
I am pretty sure this will never appear on the review roster, but honesty is my life long quest. So just agreeing with most prior recent reviews. Will need to delete this game as soon as my purchases are used! Gosh, so sorry to see so many others in the same boat!!

Love this game!!! However...
I've been playing since 2013. I'm On level 495 and definitely doesn't get any easier!! Agreed about the duration it takes to refill lives. Btw here's a tidbit I haven't seen posted to help some of you get those much needed stars. If you're able to combine a diamond with a blaster, you can keep swapping like colored blasters for mad points! And it does not take away from your move count.. happy jeweling

Ads!
Too many ads...frustrating...but still enjoyable!
Frustrating!
I concur that shortage of lives, delay in getting new lives and those dreadful ads you have to wait through are negatives. Sometimes when it gets to point I can close the ad it messes up my game screen so I have to close and reopen the app which takes a life away. Duration of play allowed is such I use it when I have a very short time to play cause it won't allow me much time anyway. These are definitely drawbacks!

Good but bit fed up
A good fun game with a mix of timed and number of moves completion. A bit fed up that the only option of the level
I am on to move on is to buy my way as I've played each over and over to try and get the 3 stars filled but it never seems to fill them. Getting a bit bored of completing the same ones over and over without any progress.

The ads make me want to delete the game
I've been playing this game for years. I absolutely love it. Thankyou for making a game that continually challenges. BUT, the new ads has me wanting to delete the game to the point where I'm looking if I can buy the game just to avoid the ads.
Addiction
I've been addicted to this game since 2014. Reached level 400 once, but had my phone stolen and once I got a new phone, I found that I had lost all my hard work and had to start over again :(
Managed to work my way up again and nearly back on level 400 :)
It's one of my favourite pastimes. Have never spent money on it either. 😊

Failure & Pop ups
So I completed level 192 (3 stars) & the game didn't save my win instead a stupid pop up ad appeared. Not the first time a winning round hasn't been saved. Plus the 3-4 pop ups before even starting a game is overkill.

Great game love it just needs more videos to watch to get more free gold. The only thing I have a problem with is that you only get 5 lives others give you 10 or more. And also that it takes an hour for each live. It should be 15 minute like other games. But love playing the game!!! Now I'm not really into the game cause they only give 1 free gold and the levels are even harder. They should reconsider giving more gold and less time to wait to play
