Jewel mania
Have loved this game and still do, but... it seems like it wants to “make” me pay to move forward. Example: i passed a quest in 45 seconds with 1 min 15 seconds of time left. It gave me rewards for completing so quickly, but it gave me only 1 star out of 3 possible. Once again, I am stuck, unable to move forward, even though I completed a quest in amazing time. Will I be held up for 2 or 3 months, for the lack if 1 star, once again?! This makes me annoyed at a game that I have truly enjoyed playing every day for several years. Sorry, but I DON’T pay for phone games. Let me pass to the next level, already.

Still playing years later
Have been playing for years whenever I get two mins. On level 996 and all done through hard work and working out how to beat each level. It’s hard at the lower levels but once you’ve sussed them it gets easier. Still get stuck for days on one but persistence is the key. Only gripe is screen freezes occasionally and this is really annoying.

Happens way too often to be coincidence! Very frustrating!
I love the opportunity to earn lives by watching a video, especially when I am so close to the end of a very difficult level. This sometimes works fine for the first round of “earn” extra time but this bug happens AND it takes away gold bars without letting you know it costs bars!.I can watch the video but then when I receive the few seconds of extra time, my screen freezes and will not allow me to do anything. After the allotted reward time, everything works just fine. Also, much of the time when you can watch a video to earn rewards the video can’t load at this time. Please fix! It was fixed very quickly the first time but not since! Thank you

Fun but some flaws
I think the game is a ton of fun, but some odd things occasionally happen. Sometimes I will add extra time or moves at the end of a game, but the game freezes up and I’m unable to make any more moves! Other times, I will start a game, but Jewel Mania chooses that moment to show me an ad. Annoying but not a huge deal if it’s limited number of plays. Way worse if it’s a timed game, as the timer keeps going while I was stuck watching an ad!

Screen Sticking
I have fun with this game, but starting around level 200 or within the last month, (not sure of the cause or exact moment this started) if I try to earn extra time or extra moves at the end of a game by watching an ad, the moves are frozen when the video is over and the game returns. I can’t tell you how many games, free bombs, and minutes I’ve wasted trying to get a couple of free moves to work. It isn’t every time either... so I’m suckered in to giving it a try when I’m close to completing a level. Other buttons work, like buying gold, pause, and choosing free icons-but then I can’t use them. It’s pretty frustrating because it happens when I can see that one or two moves of the three free ones will get me to a level completion... makes it seem “on purpose”.

Disappointed
After giving this game 4 stars and saying it’s almost perfect, the rewards for playing ads (extra lives or extra moves) seem to no longer exist. A day between reviews and such a big change is so disappointing. Also the game drops out as I load to play and when I return, I see I’ve lost that life. Please bring back the option to watch ads and earn lives/moves.

Fun!
I love this game and have played it for a long time. It used to work perfectly, and I have kept updating it. But lately it won’t cooperate. It fails to allow me to move after I have played an ad to get more time or plays. It just freezes up. That is so frustrating! And sometimes the ads fail to load. That is also frustrating. I wish it would allow me to keep whatever boost I earn, but sometimes it will say that I cannot earn anymore after I have spent all the time earning certain jewels or playing ads.

Not fun anymore
The fun has gone out of this game now. I have played for many years but now unless you pay for stars you are not going to pass to the next level. To get 3 Stars on a game is virtually impossible I reached over 700 points and still didn’t get 3 stars!!!
So I’m giving up as I refuse to pay each time to get to a new level.

Rewards hard to get
The videos for free stuff don’t load the majority of the time. “Oh darn, the video did not load. Try again later.” Very frustrating. Also, I should be able to keep my rewards no matter how many I have. Recently got a new phone so all my data was lost on this game so I started again from scratch. Cannot get past two bars because developers are preventing it. So dumb. I have to quit. Now you’re even making us watch videos without any reward. You’re going right down the drain. When are you going to fix this game?

I’m on level 761 which is a fire level. Some of the fire levels are too hard. You extinguish a fire the. It immediately starts again. I have been stuck on this level too long now and it’s frustrating and makes me not want to play anymore as it’s not fun. You should be able to use gold bars to skip levels if you so choose to. The fire timer levels are the worst, and take the longest to complete but are too hard and it gets boring!! Can you please at least allow people to buy out of levels with gold bars or points??? Thank you.
