Account Test Needs Work

I used to have the ability to put my system in test for more than an hour. Now the system just gives me up to 45 minutes on the Account Section. The Quick test has 1 hour which is good but sometimes I need to have the system in test for 4 hours or more. We have someone here with an Android and his app is working they way it should. Please fix this.

App broken after iOS 13 install

When entering an account test you get blank test times. Impossible to put system on test. The we based app works but is difficult to use on iOS. Please fix this. I use this a lot for work.

Great customer application

I give this application to all my customers. It is branded with my logo and everything they need is on the main screen. They can call me for service or call the central station right from the app, but I have also trained them to immediately use this if they trip their alarm off. They cancel the alarm right from the app, which has saved many of my customers from getting those hefty fines.

Extremely Useful

The app gives me access to our account history and I can quickly update the call list. The previous company we worked with made us call in or email to make changes and this is much easier.

So convenient!!

I love how you can get push notifications to go off when an alarm is triggered.

Love the App

I use this to cancel false alarms. Be warned, the operators are fast and sometimes it’s hard to cancel before they call. So professional. Love everything about the company.

Could be a lot better

I work in a hotel and we recently upgraded our system and started working with this company. The app is nice, looks nice. The functionality of it is decent,
Quick tap and you are where you need to be.

Here's the problem. If you monitor two accounts, let's say fire system, and a panic system. Any time you want to change account you have to log out and type in the other account. It does not save accounts added.

Another issue is, the app logs you out randomly so you have to virtually log in almost anytime you open the app.

The app should allow you to stay logged in to both accounts or as many as you have or just one will do. When this is done and possible the app can be redesigned to do push notifications.

The company will email the main contact if there is an alarm, panic, trouble, but if you don't closely monitor your emails you won't know until you check later or get a phone call. With push notifications your phone will go off instantly to an alert for the app and you will know up to the minute information (and being this is a security/fire protection monitoring account, I think that would be a really good thing to have if not already should have.

there is some other things but this is the most importing things that need to be addressed to get this app up to its full potential.

This is a great app for me and my customers to view history, quickly and easily place a system in "no action" for a specific period of time, and view most other pertinent information. Great job!
