The app does not function

The reset app function does nothing and crashes on startup. This app is developed by incompetent developers. Do not use this bank.

Unbenutzbar im Ausland

Frustrierend - App kann nicht im Ausland mit einer ausländischen Nummer aufgesetzt und benutzt werden. App lässt sich nicht zurücksetzen, nach drei Versuchen mit mehreren Telefonaten und Briefwechsel mit meiner Bank hab ich es aufgegeben. Warum die Sparkasse drei verschiedene Apps für eine Überweisung braucht ist mir ein Rätsel (bei der alle aufgeben sobald man sich nicht mehr in Europa befindet…).

Over-engineered and not user friendly

Overly complex activation process. It has taken four calls, about an hour each, over the course of three weeks, with bank reps to try to get this app to work - and it is still not working!
Account security is important, but a non-working process renders the app and the related account useless.
It may be helpful for the bank to seek advice from effective digital banks in other countries where performance issues like this would lead to customer flight.

Schlechteste App im Banking Bereich

Das immer wieder grforderte Neu-Einrichten der Push Tan App ist echt leidig. Ich kann mein Online Banking nicht nutzen muss aber eine dringende Zahlung tätigen. Ich wechsle morgen die Bank!

What does it do?

I downloaded the app to creat Tans. But this app is not doing anything. What a waste of time. Only have 1 star, because 0 star was not an option.

Worst banking app

The worst banking app I ever used. Constant bugs and crushes. Gets really annoying sometimes

Bad App

Horrible! Nothing works just as in any of the physical places. Any operation needs ages to complete.

Rubbish app

This is a waste of time app. Never works! Breaks and crash just when that silly 90 days imposed verification time. Such nonsense! Utter rubbish! Stupid!

Switching banks.

I have never had more trouble trying to use my bank account. The pushTAN app stopped working on my phone one day (when I need to confirm a money transfer, pushTAN opens and shows me the transaction but will not allow me to press “accept”), but troubleshooting ended up forcing a reset of the app and now I need a new QR code from the bank before I can be let in again. Furthermore, the main Sparkasse app is saying I have 12 days to confirm my account via pushTAN (which does not work) or I will be locked out of online banking as well. Sparkasse, if you are going to offer banking via an app, you can not have bugs like this. I am completely unable to transfer money or use my account in the way I need to and there were no solutions to my problem. This is completely unacceptable for a banking system.
