The Astor is back! And so is the app… finally! Note that this update has been done without co-operation from the new owners of the theatre, so the content quality might not be up to the usual levels. But it's better than nothing – we just couldn't stand the app being abandoned! The app got a few negative reviews while the theatre was closed; it'd be much appreciated if you left a review with a real rating if you like it. Cheers! 1.9.1: Small fix so that the latest listings are downloaded as they're added to the website

Easy to use program calendar
Obviously not updated for two years, this app could be so much more. That said, I still use this weekly to check their upcoming films. It is possible to book tickets through it, but it is simpler just to use the Palace website directly. A plus it that it will list screenings not mentioned on the printed Astor calendar (such as occasional Saturday 4:00 films).

So great that such a small theatre has an app like this! Even has a request screening button! How cool. Just wish you could request any movie that isn't necessarily on their list but oh well!
