Seating allocation
While I understand the need to stop people from leaving one seat between groups, but when you have 3 seats in a row because the whole row is booked but cannot book 2 is ridiculous because you’d leave ‘1’ space. This is TERRIBLE user experience. The app can easily be fixed to recognises the rest of the row is full and allowing to people to purchase them. This not only is a bad experience for the user but the performers! Having 3 spots vacant in a show looks bad for them and if I was a production company would not use TicketTek for that rule.
