This service should be sued and shut down. What a joke.
App does not work. Reset password does not work.
Downloaded the app so I can receive tickets that were sent to me. Have tried multiple times to set up an account, but it said already. I would try to then login with my email address, but since I never set up the account I didn’t have a password and when I would try to go in and request a password reset wouldn’t receive an email. So I have tickets to a concert in three days sitting out there and I cannot access them. Beyond frustrating.

Hackers
Anyone who can’t login, and doesn’t receive the password reset email can expect they have had their account hacked. This happened to me. If you have tickets on the account they have most likely sold on Ticketek marketplace. Ticketek will most likely refund you and let the person who they were sold to keep them. So they can keep the transaction/processing/ticket fees. Ticketek makes profit, you lose your tickets. They will offer to sell you whatever tickets might be still available for your event so again. They gain profit and you lose your original ticket to someone else.
