  • Ticket wallet & share is a complete shamozzle

    Ticketek still can’t their you know what together and fix what should be a basic function. Used to work fine but remains in operational. Made the mistake of not selecting print at home during purchase of AFL Finals ticket. Now I need to go to the booth at the ground to get hard copy printed. At least the representatives at the ground are helpful but when asked if this is a common problem, which going by the feedback reviews on this platform I know very well it is, I’m just told “no not really”. Oh c’mon! Ticketek you are deplorable.

  • AFL Finals ticketing

    The App is an absolute waste of time, doesn’t progress the ‘queue’. When we selected “Public” to access our member ticket allocation the App didn’t allow us to enter our barcode number (simply stayed on the “Public” selection screen.
    What’s the point of an app that does not let you buy tickets.
    The App still doesn’t let you buy tickets, a day later.
    We then transferred to a laptop, accessing the website, which did work (although very slowly) but unfortunately we were ‘timed out’, frozen screen, payment didn’t work which threw us out. Poor customer service, no answer to our phone call. Absolute waste of time.

  • Just terrible

    Terrible app from terrible company. I’d say you should avoid this app, and Ticketek generally, but what option do you have? They have imposed themselves in between the general public and items of value (seats/tickets to events) and provide zero value themselves… negative value, in fact.
    The ticket purchasing process regularly has problems. Thicketek (genuine typo but I thought worth keeping) offer no support or explanation every time something goes wrong, leaving consumers to spend hours online trying to access tickets, then only to be charged a booking fee for the privilege.
    “Unexpected errors” regularly occur when trying to access already purchased tickets on the app, again with no support. Regular complaints about their service and ticket allocation process provide no change at all. Thicketek do not care at all about customers, and if we had a choice we would avoid them with barely a second thought. But we have no choice and they have no care.

  • DONT USE TICKETEK

    Ticketek is horrible! Both the website and app are incredibly confusing and a scam, as well as an inconvenience! They do not place you in the seats that you select, only insuring that you are sat in the section you purchased. If you plan to get refundable tickets, forget it unless you have an EXTREME reason, even if you have paid the EXTRA FEE for refundable tickets they can DECLINE your REFUND. An unfortunate circumstance came up with the other member I’m planning to go to meaning both of us will be unable to go. Because it’s not an issue that’s involves circumstances like a fire, flood, domestic abuse, relocation and so on we are not eligible for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous, if possible DON’T use Ticketek. If I could, I’d give them NO STARS! And their lack of acknowledging ANY of these reviews is a HUGE sign that they do not care or have any consideration for buyers.

  • Can’t access tickets, defeats the purpose of a ticket app!

    So full of bugs it makes it actually impossible to access your tickets, opening the link from the SMS opened the app which said it needed an update (it didn’t) and then wouldn’t show the ticket.

    Trying to view the order history it asked me to login again and then showed an error.

    Finally uninstalling the app meant that the SMS link opened in a browser instead and I could get the Apple Wallet link, sad state of affairs when the best way to get your tickets is to delete the app!

  • Mobile Ticket Madness

    This company has for some reason changed their system so that any mobile ticket purchase requires use of their terrible app to access tickets for a venue.

    This means should you need to send a ticket to any of your fellow event goers, they then need to download the app and make an account in order to access their ticket (clearly data harvesting). Previously you used to be able to just send the link to your friend and they could open it immediately on their phone and enter the event.

    And as if that isn’t enough, when you go to an event with a large number of people all trying to access the app at the same time in the same place, the app will continuously crash and fail to load your ticket due to overloaded reception.

    This whole process renders the app completely useless. When this happened to me I had to line up at the box office to request physical tickets to replace my mobile tickets that I was unable to access through the app due to its complete inability to function. Making any event going experience way more difficult and stressful than anyone should need it to be.

    Ticket-tek was a life saver when trying to purchase Olivia Rodrigo tickets ! I got a few members to help in the queue and a family member succeeded to get 2 tickets ! I know there’s an unfair system of waiting hours and ( some times ) not succeeding and waiting minutes and ( sometimes ) getting the tickets , but if you really want the tickets . you should allocate the time to achieve the tickets and stay positive.

    Downloaded app to book events for month long visit to Australia. Did not show a thing, no buttons worked etc. Pointless.

    Once we purchased the tickets, it said the app should have the barcode and the tickets, but we could never see the barcodes!

    Entry isn’t permitted without the barcode and now we are completely stuck without being able to arrange logistics.

    Yep same thing happening to me here i have 2 tickets in Melbourne , Friday , quiet frustrating i can't accept my tickets
