Exactly the same. App is absolutely useless. Bought tickets outside australia, can’t even see them. Can’t access anything. What a waste of space.ripppopotamus
US Users should use VPN
US and potentially other international users should try using a vpn and setting the location to somewhere in Australia. Initially I had major problems getting the app to work, but I have seen this before with other apps targeted at a country I am not presently in. Once I set my vpn to Sydney it worked just fine. My only complaint was the limited detail around why my tickets were not available right after I bought them. Within a few days, however, they showed up.
if you don’t have a VPN service, you really should for a variety of reasons. There are several cheap options that are pretty safe.Show lessLooking forward to AFL
Overall Horrible App
App doesn’t work, you must install -reinstall to try and get the app to work to view your tickets. Frustrating that you can’t see your concert tickets online and they force you to use this unusable app!Unprofressional

Terrible when you need it most.
Great app, unless you actually want to view your tickets while in line to get into the stadium, then it just shows a blank page with no way to refresh. Garbage.CardboardReviews

Purchased NRL mobile tickets online (from outside Australia) and now can’t access them in this app. None of the in-app functions or buttons work. Can’t even login!
