Trying to load my tickets but the app won’t even load past the first screen. It’s just blank with a circle…concert is this week and don’t know how to get the ticket without the app!3dmund.l

I can only go to the concert with this app and the tickets can only be accessed through this app but it’s a white screen and won’t load. Cannot contact ticketek as they said they are having a high volume and can’t get to everyone’s requests. Please fix asap or I can’t go to my concert!!!!!!the_faithful_wanderer
Entire app frozen
When I try to open my app to see my tickets which have been released, it just completely freezes and is on the same blank page. I have tried multiple devices, reset my phone, updated the app, and nothing is working.footsrdab

doesn’t load, i’m left with a completely blank screen or loading bar after trying with wifi and data. Can’t press the ticket or account button, and no events or categories load. Can’t access the tickets i paid for when the app won’t work at all and yet there’s no way to get it through a browser. I’m in New Zealand and can’t get into the App I just keep getting a blank screen that goes no where! Jk unable to share tickets. Incredibly frustrating. App Broken
My app is also not working and it’s days away now from one of the biggest concerts ever for Taylor swift. How are we meant to get our tickets if the only way is from this app?! This needs to be sorted ASAP!
I understand there will be a lot of traffic on the app but there needs to be more than one option to get our tickets or a plan B as technology doesn’t always work.
I’m seriously freaking out and have spent thousands of dollars getting from NZ to Sydney to see her.

Can’t accept ticket transfer
Trying to accept a ticket that was transferred to me and it never showed up in my account. Tried on the app and on the website. Completely broken system and no way to contact a real human.Kayki D
