Frozen - doesn’t work
Days before the show, mobile only tickets cannot be retrieved. User experience is appalling. Seriously poor - creating frustration and serious inconvienience! What is the solution. Post updates!!!kactive71

App frozen for days!
I havnt been able to get onto the app to assess my tickets for days now, how can I tickets if they can only be accessed through the app? Its showing the same blank screen, I am going to a show in only a few days what am I supposed to do if the app is frozenTori2021!

The app is frozen! I have tried deleting the app and redownloading it and I still can’t access my ticket. I can see my ticket on the website but I can’t access it because it’s a ‘mobile/app only’ ticket. What do you do in this situation? I’m flying internationally to see this concert and what happens if I can’t access my ticket when I get to the arena?! HELP PLEASEShow lessIts_laus
App needs immediate attention
We reside in New Zealand but bought tickets for Eras Tour in Sydney, and was informed that tickets can only be accessed via the Ticketek Australia App. I could “see” these locked tickets via the app previously and was awaiting to transfer to my daughter and spouse who would be flying to Sydney from New Zealand a few days before then show.
Today with only 3 days til they fly out, my Ticketek App is frozen, and after a while it tells me I’m in the wrong region! I’m quietly panicking and I’m sure I’m not the only one.Show lessTitanTriton

Not only does the app just not work at all, there is no customer service.
No exaggeration, you can't navigate the account or tickets. Nor does the search bar work.Howardiv
Waste of time/money and energy
Clearly not prepared to handle the Taylor swift volume. So unreliable is kinda funny at this pointccehhk

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was trying to get tickets from a friend and despite hours of attempts to have the app work it wouldn’t do anything.
Why have tickets only transferable in your app if it doesn’t work? Let it go through email or SMS without your garbage app.Steve37-SK
Ticketek App Terrible
This would have to be the worst App in the history of technology. Clunky system that times out constantly and even when you have eventually bought tickets constantly crashes so you cannot share the tickets anyway. They have no communication system if things go wrong, no phone number to call and you end up getting an email from someone in Singapore that is not able to help anyway. Cannot believe they hang on to their contracts to manage tickets for half the venues in Australia.Show lessGeoffJones
